Matilda B Dadi, is a graduate of Saint Augustine University of Tanzania, where she earned her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB). She primarily focuses on corporate law, land law, commercial law and intellectual property law.

Ms. Matilda’s zeal and efficiency has imparted her with enough experience in advising clients on corporate transactions and other corporate legal processes, companies on receivership, non-governmental organizations, societies, trusts, incorporation and compliance issues, transactions, and agreements. In these, she helps clients solve their most complex and challenging legal problems.
