Erick is a law graduate of Mzumbe University; he has experience in civil litigation matters in the High Court of Tanzania and subordinate courts, research, processing work permits, preparing and drafting legal documents such as wills, contracts, conveyances, memorandums and articles of association for companies.

He also specializes in corporate transactions and general commercial matters including company formation, corporate reorganization, registration of companies, trusts, NGO’s, societies, trade and service marks and patents as well as their post registration/compliance
