Blandina is a graduate of Southampton Solent University (LLB (Hons) with Human Resources Management. She was admitted into the Bar, Tanzania Mainland in December 2013.

Blandina specializes in civil litigation her main practice areas being labour, commercial, land and family law. She has represented clients in a number of cases in the High Court of Tanzania and the subordinate courts and has been involved in the preparation of various legal opinions.
